I previously worked as a client service director for an elder law attorney and realized that the senior population has so much to offer if we just take the time to listen and be present. My mission is to help people live a better life with the reassurance that their healthcare needs will be taken care of. Erica was amazing and talked me off a ledge when I was so frustrated with getting signed up for medicare part B and when trying on the phone to figure things wasnt working she immediately set up a face to face meeting within a few hours.After many weeks of unsuccessfully getting the correct paperwork ,Erica calmly and patiently worked with me for almost 2 hrs and successfully got me enrolled and didnt make me feel stupid !Thank you Erica for your professionalism and kindness ...
